Come experience what has been claimed to be the #1 health-booster for 2015! An opportunity for members of the Lehigh community to meet once a week on Thursdays from 4:15-5 pm to learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, sit together in silence, and explore questions around the practice. Regular meditation has been found to be helpful with everything from stress reduction to pain management to immunity against the common cold. Mostly it is about learning to be in the present. This group is appropriate for beginning and seasoned meditators, and people with any or no religious background. Questions?
