Mindfulness Meditation

Beginner and experienced meditators alike are invited to join this weekly mindfulness meditation session.  The session consists of instruction, silent meditation, question and answer, and a brief walking meditation.  Feel free to come regularly or just drop in when you can.  The group is open to all and free of charge.  Mindfulness meditation has proved helpful to many in increasing relaxation, focus, empathy, pain management, and even immune system building!
